Common questions
Go to Settings → Team inside the app. From there you can invite new members by email, set their role, or revoke access for existing users. Invites are sent automatically via email and expire after 7 days.
Xobuya supports Stripe and BPoint for Australian customers, and Stripe, Square, and Authorize.net for US customers. Gateway options are shown in your account's payment settings based on your company region.
Xobuya integrates with Xero, QuickBooks, and MYOB. Navigate to Settings → Integrations in the app and follow the prompts to connect your accounting platform. You'll be redirected to authorise the connection and then returned to the app.
Yes. The Xobuya app is available on iOS, Android, macOS, and Windows. Your data syncs in real time across all devices. You can be signed in on multiple devices simultaneously under the same account.
On the login screen, tap Forgot password? and enter your email address. You'll receive a reset link within a few minutes. If it doesn't arrive, check your spam folder or contact us at support@xobuya.io.
Your data is retained for 30 days after cancellation, during which you can export quotes, invoices, and job records. After 30 days, data is permanently deleted from our systems. We recommend exporting your data before cancelling. Contact support@xobuya.io if you need assistance with this.
Use the in-app support chat to report bugs — include as much detail as possible (what you were doing, what you expected to happen, and what happened instead). For feature requests, email us at support@xobuya.io with the subject line Feature request and we'll add it to our roadmap review.
