This Cookie Policy explains how Xobuya Operations Pty Ltd (we, us, our) uses cookies and similar browser storage technologies on our marketing website at xobuya.io. It describes the categories of cookies we use, how you can consent to or reject each category, and how to change your mind later.

Your choice — consent categories
When you first visit our website you will see a consent banner with three options: Accept all, Reject non-essential, or Customise. Customise lets you toggle each category independently. Your choice is remembered in your browser and respected on subsequent visits.

Changing or withdrawing your consent
You can change your cookie preferences at any time by clicking here, or by using the Cookie Settings link in the site footer. Your new choice takes effect immediately:
- If you withdraw Analytics consent, Google Analytics will no longer be loaded. Existing _ga cookies remain until they expire or you clear them in your browser.
- If you withdraw Functional consent, any stored chat session identifiers are deleted immediately and the chat reverts to an anonymous, ephemeral mode.
You can also clear all cookies at any time through your browser's settings.
Third-party services
Some cookies are set by third-party services that appear on our pages. We do not control these cookies directly, but we gate their loading on your consent choices:
- Google Analytics 4 — website usage analytics. Loaded only if you consent to Analytics cookies.
- Google Fonts — font delivery. Serves fonts only; does not set cookies on xobuya.io.
- Stripe — payment processing, loaded only on payment pages when you choose to pay.
A note about our customer-facing platform
This Cookie Policy covers our marketing website at xobuya.io. If you are a subscriber using the Xobuya platform itself (the apps and admin tools), different cookies apply — primarily authentication tokens and session management required to keep you signed in. Those cookies are strictly necessary for the platform to function and are described in our Privacy Policy.
Managing cookies in your browser
Most browsers allow you to control cookies through their settings. You can typically:
- View what cookies are stored and delete them individually
- Block third-party cookies
- Block cookies from specific sites
- Block all cookies
- Delete all cookies when you close your browser
